Pros

World Vision is humanitarian organization working for needy and volnarable societies in our globe. I participate in this interesting mission working in harsh environment and refugee context

Cons

World Vision is commited and good to accomplish the organization mission but there is no chance to capacitate and improve the career of employees

Pros

Very supportive culture, and generous benefits for a nonprofit. Many people are allowed to work flexible hours and work from home - colleagues are more like friends and most seem to be given plenty of autonomy in their job.

Cons

Lots of miscommunication and poor processes meaning things don't get done properly. Often poor performance isn't addressed directly enough, this can be very frustrating. Lots of people complain about the volume of work they have.
