Faith based, good relational atmosphere, I was given lots of opportunities for learning which was a great help for getting my next job.

Cons

Because it is faith-based, it can be a bit narrow-minded in its approach, depending on the overriding office culture such as leaning more towards one Christian perspective than another.

Cons

Poorly run call center, more focus on statistics than on the cause. Dysfunctional management, disregard for individual employees. Very Rigid.
