Pros

Great, experienced colleagues with a shared passion to serve the world's most vulnerable. Open to innovation and new strategies to meet result, while empowering employees to continue to learn and lead. Loved how the Christian faith was represented internally (weekly chapels, monthly devotionals, etc) and externally. Amazing place to work where you will be continuously encouraged and inspired to deliver impact!

Cons

Since it is a global organization, expect to have to adjust to the various time differences/time zones, depending where you are located. Very early meetings (6:30am PST) or late night meetings (11:00pm PST) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis are common, but depends on team and individual location.
