Pros

Very collaborative and innovative place. Can move fast on ideas. Employees share a passion - a very great passion - for the mission. The respect that World Vision shows its program beneficiaries, donors and employees is impressive. World Vision's love and respect for children permeates throughout the organization.

Cons

Sometimes people and teams hold grudges for a good while; it can be hard to navigate that.

It takes along time to move about with in the organization. A person can move quickly through connections and being part of a clique.
