9yStress can, indeed, run high in our organization especially around key events and cyclical campaigns. We are pleased to offer some employer resources aimed at helping. Part of our staff care work includes wellness, fun employee events throughout the year, use of an assessment tool that identifies personal stressors, and our employee assistance resources. I’ve learned that I have to know my own stressors and apply stress management strategies that are most useful for me during hectic times.
