      Great Biblical Company. Great work done on the field. Relational employees. A great place to connect head knowledge of what you learn to application of helping the poor and needy of the world

      Cons

      IT work culture does not breath innovation and collaboration. Great vision without practical executions. No authority on the IT side to partner with business to make great decisions.

      Just because its a Christian organization doesn't mean the workers are Christians ADP Mangers are sometimes consumed in other personal career activities not related to the job
