      Christian organization that cares about its partners, the poor, end its employees.

      Many decisions are made at the top out connecting with staff that are on the front lines.

      Pros

      Work with positive people. Save lives. Opportunity available to advance. Insurance offered. Overtime during holiday season or other high call volume time.

      Cons

      For me it was mostly the commute. Sometimes it took a lot of hoops to get answers or changes to processes. And not a ton of room for creativity. Out dated computer database and programs.
