Pros

Good atmosphere and co-workers. Benefits were a very nice perk, and on-site health care greatly benefits the employees and their families.

Cons

After 9 years with the company, I hoped that they would try to match my offer letter with the new company.

Pros

401K match and PTO are the only pros current state.

Cons

Middle managers have useless to the company and for the most part contribute very little. Trim the fat. Compensation appears to be lacking comparing to other 'PM roles' if you even call this a PM role. It's become more of a baby sitting role. While people are christened as the core positive attribute of this company, accountability, business acumen, and professionalism are part of the stool and are lacking in almost all roles.
