Cons
The real culture is the exact opposite of what they promote. Lack of integrity and morals Doesn't pay well. Only hires young, inexperienced , partier types that they can pay minimal compensation-if not an engineer. No growth or career opportunities. This is the type of company you work for right after college, have some fun then leave after a couple years to get real experience in your field. All smoke and mirrors.
