Pros

Some great people work here Benefits are cheap

Cons

The executive team over the supply chain does not value any of it's employees Pay is Low. Raises are low to non existent. Micro Management continues to increase. Constant finger pointing and knee jerk reactions rather than proper planning and executing of actions. EVP who will scream, shout, and swear at people below her. Off the books rule about not giving raises after a moving positions at a certain point in the year. Company feels like it's pivoting away from being an employee focused company to being solely a profit focused company.
