      People are great, jobs are all easy, labor/pay ratio is great, PTO and benefits are hard to beat.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t listen to leads or supervisors, production will always be put first, overtime can be avoided but rarely is, work accommodations are for leadership and up, reactive and never proactive.

      Make sexist or racist remarks: Keep your job Sexually harass multiple coworkers: Keep your job Be on the DEI spectrum and make distasteful comments about Charlie Kirk's assassination: Keep your job Have a group chat where you tell the truth and vent to your teammates about situations, colleagues, and management.....YOU'RE FIRED A lot of management but next to no leadership. Power hungry managers can transfer to departments that they have no earthly clue about and wreak havoc, but are protected due to their spot on the DEI spectrum and the fact that their boss transferred with them and is equally inept and clueless about what really goes on in their new department
