      WWT is a great place to work!

      Pros

      The company is: flexible and fair with their employees, they are open to change, they focus on leadership and employee development, they have amazing benefits (medical, dental, 401k etc), there are lots of career opportunities, they work hard and play hard together, there is open communication across the organization, they focus on continuing to get better and don't accept just being 'good'

      Cons

      I personally don't see many cons to working at WWT. If you work hard and openly communicate with your peers and management team you can succeed within WWT.

      Pros

      They start everyone out at $12/hour with decent hours.

      Cons

      If you're not either related to a hire up or a "favorite" they make your life a living hell and will find a reason to fire you so they can hire more family/friends. They promote off of favoritism not hard/dedicated work ethic.

      Thanks. We do have a popular employee referral program. While this may help some family and friends get introduced to the company, it doesn't guarantee getting hired or continued employment. All employees are expected to perform with no exceptions. Thanks again and good luck in your new role.

      Play the race card or else they wouldn't be successful.

      Cons

      Promote based on nepotism, soccer background, and male chovanisist behavior. Bad cult.
