      Pros

      I've been working at WWT for over 5 years. I started here at an entry level position & through growth & support have worked my way to a really exciting point in my career. Throughout my time here, I've been challenged & supported by my managers. I've been given opportunities to fail & learn. I've been taught that it's ok to make mistakes, it's ok to disagree, & it's ok to ask questions. I've been encouraged to seek out mentors & spend time developing my relationship with them. It's a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      Some of the cross department silos can cause challenges - but I believe management is actively working to correct them.
