Pros

While the company has changed over time, how can you expect it not to. WWT still employs many technically astute professionals in the industry. The benefits are amazing and the overall culture is fun.

Cons

With growth comes a lot of process, a lot of spreadsheets and a lot of unnecessary overhead and approvals.

Benefits, I can’t say enough.

Cons

Management - Majority if the managers don’t fit the bill. Certain programs are an absolute nightmare. Money talks, but people end up walking due to lack of compensation.
