      Pros

      The culture over the past 10 years has always been honest, open, have fun and work hard! The executive team is great to work with and does walk the walk with trying to keep it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Information Technology continues to lose good people due to poor management at the director level. Very high turnover last year and continuing this year.

      Pros

      THE best place to work in St. Louis, MO. Great projects, great people, great tech.

      Cons

      Employees that started with the company in the very early years have grown into leadership roles because of their longevity. Excluding the original owners, many of them aren't qualified to be leaders of an organization of this size.
