      Pros

      Great people, culture and work/life balance. Amazing to see people truly practicing what they preach on an everyday basis. The projects are well structured and WWT's deployment methodology is best of breed!

      Cons

      This is my first year here, but I cannot think of any cons to date.

      Pros

      1) The Exec team lives and breaths the Core Values. 2) The people I work with are the reason I come into work. 3) If you work hard for this company they will take care of you. 4) WWT is a company with heart that not only cares about their employees but their community as well.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons to working at WWT.

      Work for a great company while living in St. Louis, diverse job opportunities for employees of every age, race, gender, and skill level. Relaxed environment that is passionate about getting things done Offers several opportunities for innovating on solutions, especially in homegrown tech Effective coaching between coworkers and their immediate bosses Awesome pay and benefits, hard to find competition for it in the Midwest New headquarters right in Westport Plaza, easy location for most in Metro St. Louis

      Cons

      Starting to lose its small-company feel Not disrupting or innovating its management model, WWT just reuses the same old hierarchical style of management, using middle-managers where they are mostly ineffective, inefficient, and too far removed from the teams
