Pros

Completely Awesome place to work. The best part of WWT is the people and culture. They are who they say they are. It is that simple. From the top down it is impressive how this company is run and attracts great people. The growth here is exploding while maintaining culture, because WWT attracts the best from the industry. Nothing but a great experience. Jim and Joe are doing the right things.

Cons

I honestly cannot make any negative comments, because WWT is the great place to work that they are recognized for.

A company that actually stands by it's culture

Pros

Out of everywhere I have worked I have never seen a company that presents it's mission statement and cultural values and actually follows through with them like World Wide. The selling point for World Wide is truly it's culture. It believes in empowerment and allowing employees to drive initiatives. The culture is one of innovation. Employees are not only empowered to present ideas, there are days set aside specifically for innovation efforts. Benefits are good with cheap medical, treadmill desks, and telecom schedules.

Cons

Projects are not run as efficiently as they could be. In some cases there are many tools that can do the same function. So fast growing it is hard to tell where responsibilities lay at time.
