      Pros

      Amazing team, inviting atmosphere, promotes individual growth when working on a team. Always feel supported and someone is always available for questions.

      Cons

      Pay is sub par but benefits make up for that. Really no cons to working here. Best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      They offer a work / life balance and don't expect more. They are a true agile, self-organizing organization that allows you to excel and doesn't interfere with what you do best. It is a flat management structure, which mean there is minimal bureaucracy.

      Cons

      The only downside (it's pretty great) is that they are very strict about hours spent and on what. This makes sense as they are a consulting firm, but coming from somewhere that didn't require it, it was a little hard to get used to.

      Pros

      A lot of great people and management focus on maintaining a good environment even through enormous growth

      Cons

      enormous growth - when you set your goals on becoming a giant... it is inevitable that you succumb to issues with any giant corporation; distance, a bloat of middle management; and at least a little 'colder' environment. I saw a certain disappearance of loyalty, at least beyond a certain circle at headquarters that were very familiar with upper management. Still way better than any similar employer with regards to salary, opportunity, and not forgetting the engineers are where the rubber hits the road.
