      Pros

      Without question, you will not find a better company to work for....it starts with a value-based system that every employee is held accountable to resulting in a culture that cannot be matched anywhere. Employees are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and innovative and do whatever it takes for it's teammates, customers and partners. The high degree of success is no accident.

      Pros

      Always enjoyed working at WWT. The culture and core values are the best I have known in my working career.

      Cons

      Some managers are little overbearing. The training of the managers need to teach those you supervise are people too. Take care of the those who support you.

      Thank you. The concerns you mention should have been addressed in the Integrated Management and Leadership training that all managers and employees participated in. If there's a specific and isolated issue you're noticing, I encourage you to bring it to HR or someone in senior management. Thanks again and good luck.
