Pros
Great place to work. There are plenty of interesting programming problems to solve, and the casual atmosphere really helps, and my coworkers are generally people I like working with. Management definitely tries to keep up morale and let us be ourselves, and other perks like free sodas don't hurt. There is a definite sense of employee empowerment, and it's clear that management cares about us as people.
Cons
There are growing pains as the company rapidly expands: not everyone ends up on board with the culture, and not everyone is the greatest developer, but we needed someone so we hired them. The "let people self-organize" works well sometimes, but doesn't always work so well with large groups. Management is still figuring out how to delegate and organize a larger company. Not all of the clients are particularly inspiring.
