Pros

CEO and President lives and breathes Core Values. They truly believe and live by them. Enjoy hearing them talk so passionately about company and employees.

Cons

CFO and other Senior Leadership (especially at LTC) seem to have hidden agenda. Employees concerns are brushed aside or they are coached out if they speak too loud about issues. Even HR in building is perceived at “protecting“ upper management. Employees are left with feeling of put up and shut up or get out. Not the culture of Jim and Joe. I guess they would be appalled if so much wasn’t hidden from them. Open door policy is a myth.

Pros

This review concerns the Netherlands offic. Almost all nice people.

Cons

Chaotic, inefficient way of working, manipulating systems with manual interference causing unnecessary work as well of enhancing the chance of multiple errors. Due to growth of company, no time can be given to train newly hired personnel. Expectation, is to just dive in to the deep so to speak and find the information necessary on your own. Leadership, at certain areas needs improvement.
