      Pros

      The culture at Asynchrony is second to none. Everyone wants to build great products while learning from each other along the way. The projects are challenging and consistently offer opportunities to learn new skills from some of the best in the industry. Upper management respects our expertise and offers us the freedom and confidence to make effective decisions.

      Cons

      There's a lot to like at Asynchrony, so much so you may enjoy going to work too much.

      Play the race card or else they wouldn't be successful.

      Promote based on nepotism, soccer background, and male chovanisist behavior. Bad cult.

      Pros

      A lot of companies talk about their culture and becoming a destination workplace. World Wide Technology is the destination workplace that every other company is trying to be. Excellent compensation, fantastic benefits, outstanding employees and driven by a compelling set of core values sets WWT apart from everyone else. As the review title states "I'm glad to be here"

      Cons

      There are absolutely no Cons to speak of.
