      Cons

      Open ended learning is limited. More flexibility would be ideal- transitioning more to an ROWE would make for happier employees.

      Pros

      The leadership holds fast to the company's Core Values. Our culture is consumed with positivity and teamwork. It sounds cliché, but this isn't just a Fortune's 100 Great Places to Work, it's an obnoxiously large, successful, and driven family. We applaud each other in success, pick each other up after failure, and coach through difficult times. Happy employees make for happy customers. The health insurance, on-site walk-in clinics, volunteer/charity incentives, and additional benefits are hard to match in the Mid West. WWT has been growing at rapid pace. I feel lucky to be a part of this great company.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has us busting at the seams - we can't build fast enough! On the plus side The closeness just means more collaboration opportunities :)
