      Pros

      The Culture is fun, strong, and trustworthy. The Benefits are the best I have seen lately. And the Reputation of WWT is really good in IT and only getting better.

      Cons

      At this point, I do not know of any.

      Pros

      Culture and executive management. I've never seen a better example of leadership and living core values.

      Cons

      Growing pains can lead to pro services challenges. A lot of flying in resources can be expensive and $$ matters in the VAR space
