      Pros

      Some good coworkers, nice break area.

      Cons

      Pay should be more , work place too hot, large building break area too far from work unit, 5 min travel time to break area and from with 15 minutes break so break is only about 5 minutes. . Should be allowed 7 minutes grace period to clock in.

      Pros

      Training and certifications are covered by the company and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Everything is considered a lateral move. WWT does not compensate based on new skill sets and certifications achieved, but expect you to continue to grow your technical skills to make the same salary. Plenty of dishonest people, who tell you what you want to hear, but never deliver. Also, if you are more qualified for a job, don't expect to get it over someone closely tied to the hiring manager, because it will not happen.

      Thanks. I think it's too general to say everything is considered a lateral move or that certifications and new skill-sets aren’t considered during compensation reviews. Individual situations are handled differently based on a number of circumstances. I’m sorry you feel you were treated unfairly and I’m unable to speak to your specific situation.       Pros

      Benefits are great and compensation is fair. It's nice to see members of the executive team invested in all levels of the company. I appreciate the commitment and makes me feel like I'm working for a very stable company.

      Cons

      Some of the internal tools/software is outdated and I'd expect a technology company to have cutting edge resources.
