Low pay for work expected

Pros

Working beside planes Airport experience Can transfer to other roles easier Some co-workers were awesome to work

Cons

Pay Amount of hours Amount of work for pay Damage to body Lack of safety training you will be trained for 4 days and just thrown to do and learn everything yourself They will also try to compliment you every chance they see you (not often after training) to attempt to keep you as the turn over rate is very high and hiring process is long for them. So don't feed into it keep notice how they will never give you negative feedback when working. They'll work you consistently over your scheduled time if they need you (they always will cause no one stays) Benefits aren't any good (even flight you get the worst standby tickets possible as you're a contractor) Left to do everything on your own once hired. Also expected to know everything once out of your 4 day training.

Thank you for your feedback regarding scheduling concerns. As discussed during your interview process, our business requires flexibility due to aircraft arrival and departure times that can change due to factors beyond our control. Your adaptability is essential to our operations and was a key qualification discussed during hiring. If you're experiencing specific scheduling difficulties, please discuss potential accommodations with your supervisor, taking into account our operational constraints. We value your dedication and contribution to our team. For additional feedback, please reach out to us at NAComms@wfs.aero.
