no pros other than you can literally go in for overtime whenever you want

Cons

management doesn't care about the people that don't do anything and expect you to bend over backwards for a company that doesn't pay well at all.

Not a lot of support from management. You are just a number. You could work there for 10 years and never be promoted. Very political atmosphere
