You learn a lot of different things and skills to help out other employees with unloading luggage and etc.

Cons

Just to be careful and safe with all different equipments

You have to avoid a lot

Pros

The pay was okay for it being a job with zero level of entree. They will hire you just for showing up to the interview. The opportunity for advance is easy to see but it will take you a year.

Cons

The coworkers are pretty toxic everyone is high school level when it comes to their interactions. You don't get positive feedback it's all critical all the time. It's very strenuous work to move cargo on the planes and they expect you to go straight from the plane to work in the warehouse even though they ten times the amount of people in the warehouse. There's a lot of social politics with the management and supervisors to it's like navigating a minefield. It's a strangely very conservative environment despite it being ran mostly by Islanders in one of the most liberal cities in the PNW.

I have worked for 2 years with WFS and I learned a lot through my journey.

Cons

The management isn't the best as you struggle to get in touch with them.
