Good for a entry level job. Great coworkers you make a lot of good friends. Learn a lot of knowledge about the industry.

Cons

Management could be better. No raises. Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Long days huge workload. Too much micro managing.

potential growth company in the air cargo sector.

Cons

working conditions at the cargo facility were in such poor condition the fire marshall was going to shut the entire building down due to electrical and safety concerns. relocation rates which were current in the 1970's, not 2013/14. you must pay all expenses out of pocket, and then wait 60 plus days to be re-embursed. transportation, meals, housing, etc.
