Pros

You look around, quickly learn who you don't want to be, and then you act accordingly.

Cons

If you're looking for a non-challenging position with hardly any responsibility, a job in which you never have to step even a millimeter outside of your comfort zone, this is the perfect match for you. What is even better is that since there are no standards for either performance or behavior, you can respond however you want to as soon as a supervisor has the audacity to try to get you outside of your comfort zone. Did he or she (politely) ask you if a certain task was done? Did he or she (politely) ask you to switch tasks, but you preferred doing the original task? Did the supervisor (politely) remind you on the seventieth minute of your 'thirty minute' lunch break that you only get a half an hour break? Well, if any of these injustices have been inflicted upon you, then scream and swear at them. Even better, go to HR and complain about that supervisor. Let me be clear: It's hard to believe that a place like this even exists. A place with such a lack of standards or professionalism. It's as if the employees were all hired from some kind of prison work-release program. Better yet, it's like a preschool, where the preschoolers are in charge, and the grownups (which are few and far between) are afraid of the preschoolers.
