Working directly with airplanes allows you to use interesting equipment in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the location and management, the schedule can be consistent and flexible.

Upper management tends to be disrespectful at times. The scheduling of agents makes the operation very difficult, as they have erratic and long shifts, often with just barely enough employees to handle Upper management can be disrespectful at times.
