Pros

[1] Good benefits in comparison to the competitors in the same industry. [2] Great learning process for young/graduate engineers.

Cons

[1] Too much office politics, which is against their published values (open, respectful and trusted). I wouldn't put this as cons unless it happened in many cases. [2] Finger-pointing or blame-finding, and 'take necessary action as long as I'm still employed' attitude.
