Good teams, helpful management, good working atmosphere

Instead of planning ahead with right people, we were rushed to finish at a later stage, project after project.

Pros

Lots of talented people to work with real SMEs. Project Controls training and development excellent. Project management process and training excellent as well. Concern for clients and professionalism admirable.

Cons

Suseptible to client projects up and down with commodity prices. Pipeline or furture work is too sensitive to market, need bigger projects and maintenance work. Sometimes catered to clients too much. Costing program too archaic and other systems rrom to improve.
