Great place to work but things need to change

A great group of people, who will always be like family. Fantastic pay. Some fantastic managers.
Cons
Unfortunately there is no career advancement or encouragement in my field. I also found that if you are fantastic at your job you are never put forward for other positions and the only time you could advance was if you stepped outside the box. There have been some personnel and in particular management that should never have been placed with responsibility. Moving forward a thorough background check should be conducted for potential employees. But unfortunately how can we expect HR to do their job when they themselves can not work as a team. Some stupid moves when it comes to looking after past clients who have been with the company for years. To much politics.
