      If you are an Engineer or any discipline but belongs to the Project Management team you are in good hands

      Pros

      Large worldwide Company which looks good on resume. Good benefits and if you are with Project Management you have room for growth and have good salary. You can also gain a lot of exposure in different industries because of the diversity of the clients they have.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic and some Department Heads lack people management skills. Very low salary and low morale if you are working in one Department which is not under the Project Team.

      Best reason: you can only go to there after graduateed from engineering school because all of the other state design company need some networking to get in there

      Cons

      Bad on salary, bad on promotion, and lots of people come in and go, there is no good company culture.

      Persons who are aspiring for responsibilities can get chance to shoulder responsibility. Work culture is multi culture and everyone gets good respect as an employee.

      Cons

      Once you reach at certain level, there is limitation for further development. Training and development also has limited importance specifically when it is project specific contract.
