I can't think of any pros.
Cons
Like any contracting company, job security is based on projects awarded. WP does not have consistency in bringing new projects and providing stable jobs. when you're laid off, they treat very poorly. No advance warning, or severance package. I worked here for 4 years and my lay off experience was not good. I was eventually rehired in 2010 but two years later layoffs started again and I left on my own terms never to return.
