      Pros

      Generally good people at the Discipline level. Most work well cross functionally and are aware of how they impact others.

      Cons

      Too many VPs. Senior Management promotes a specific project only focus without much consideration for the long term development or career of individuals. Words are all there but actions in this area are seldom in support of the words.

      Great technical people Interesting projects Strong project management tools for large projects

      Cons

      Corporate Management does not know how to weather the storm. They hang in there with mining and O&G and are slow to change. There is a reason why share price is at $3.50 now, dropping from 26 less than 3 yrs ago

      4/10's is a big advantage. If the project is not too busy you can enjoy 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      No personal interest from management to groom you or to help in your career growth. You are basically on your own in that matter.
