      Large company, decent 401k match

      Cons

      They're outsourcing vital roles, leaving the people working on projects high and dry Constant (and I mean CONSTANT) re-organization, makes progress near impossible Decisions are made at a glacial pace (due to constant re-organization) Employees are grossly undervalued/underpaid

      Good opportunities for women, but don't get on a Saudi project.

      Cons

      When a project is over, instead of keeping the A (best) staff, they keep friends of the boss instead. Over the years the average quality of staff, has remained well...average. This is a company where who you know trumps what you know every time.
