Pros

One of the largest global EPC's on Earth; highly multi-faceted and capable company All sorts of growth avenues, especially if young, focused and talented

Cons

One's age is noticed when: A time of acquisition and multiple changes to leadership positions and all internal working systems - during a global pandemic while WFH - management decisions are made from near and far without full knowledge of one's previous or current individual contributions in order to satisfy a redefined bottom line and a serious need for cash flow.

Pros

No positive comments. Poorly organized company.

Cons

Low pay, unorganized, lazy site manager, dosent know how to do his job. Planner and estimator can do neither. No material controls. Orders and receives parts, throws them in a laydown yard and then acts like its you're fault when they can't find them. Cost controls is almost non existent. Charges the client for invoices almost a year old.

Pros

Great Co-Workers that are there to help, mentor, and socialize. The 9/80 schedule allows for every other Friday to be off. Benefits are pretty good. Compensation is also very good. Overall rating is based primarily on compensation and benefits.

Cons

Job security, as it heavily depends on market price for oil and gas. Moreover, more jobs are being semi-outsourced, such that even the jobs awarded may not guarantee a spot for everyone. Cyclical nature of oil and gas market means people are let go and re-hired every few years. As a result, career growth is not necessarily as important as it is to have someone available that can bill to a client, such that the company can make money and support the upper management. Many times, projects are won based on an aggressive schedule, leading to stressful days.
