Work load is getting light. Many layoffs

Working at this company has been an unstable experience. The management structure feels disorganized, and decisions often change without clear communication. Over the last two years, the company has carried out multiple consultation processes and rounds of redundancies, which added to the uncertainty for employees. In my experience, the workplace culture also lacked strong support for diversity and inclusion. At times, I observed behaviour and comments that made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about how fairly people from different backgrounds were treated. I hope the company takes meaningful steps to improve inclusivity and ensure all employees feel respected and valued.
