      Opportunity for experience, decent compensation, good knowledgable people

      Cons

      Outsourcing has negatively impacted the business model, key talent has left as a result of poor decision making on part of senior management, little to zero advancement in career, raises few and far between, contract to hire remains contract, recent layoffs due to market climate, loss of company pride, lack of employee confidence at all-time high

      Pros

      When times are good, WorleyParsons probably has the highest salaries/best packages among all E&C companies. 4 weeks PTO after a year of employment is practically unheard of.

      Cons

      Scope gets shifted to different offices (India/China), clients cancels projects on a random basis, people lose their jobs as soon as they are not on a chargeable project.
