Hard to find one, maybe the pay, but in the current market you can do as well elsewhere

Cons

They will drop you like a brink as soon as your project need is gone, they do not care about maintaining long term employees, trust me I have been at this company >20yrs and was about to be laid off until I found a new position myself, with no help from my line manager. Very limited career or salary growth

Be prepared to not get paid for overtime or time you submit. Payroll mishaps occur regularly. Human Resources says they know about it but don’t care to fix it.
