      They keep cutting

      The pay is average to slightly above average.

      Cons

      They keep cutting benefits. Since starting I have had my vacation cut, 401k match eliminated, sick time eliminated, 2 holidays eliminated...we are told that they will give these back when “times get better”. Worley had enough money to buy Jacobs, but not enough to give us benefits back.
