Making an honest effort to blend Jacobs ECR and WorleyParsons into one coherent company. Was making good progress when I left. Was welcoming and appreciating employees and corporate culture of incoming legacy Jacobs personnel.

Cons

An engineering contractor, with all that implies - expect furloughs/ layoffs more quickly and more widespread than other types of employers during cyclic downturns.
