      Pros

      Big engineering company great place to work. Work on 10/40 schedule with Fridays off. If your are not off on Friday you are on overtime. Management not too close to employees I think due to company size.

      Cons

      Decisions are made very secret, management not open to new ideas.

      Pros

      Good working team I had good experience with them. we usually will have meeting every Monday early in the morning with all the team to go over the tasks for the coming week and go over the previous week too. Also, my manger was making sure no one has any problem with anything. I like that because it felt like small family.

      Cons

      I really don't have anything to say here but in some point I felt some of my office mate didn't want to help but that was just one of them which is fine. over all good
