Above average base salary Flex-Time, 9-80, flexible work hours, Decent PTO Some very talented people, e.g. PhDs, detailed engineers Good health benefits (but pay for it) Pretty good 401K match

Cons

Lack of incentive programs keeps people doing the bare minimum Health benefits have very high premiums out of paycheck Management is not always the best strategists (no foresight or planning) Constant restructuring - musical chairs

Great people, good training opportunities, 4 tens work schedule, good benefits

Cons

Very unstable. Has been in a constant state of restructuring since Andrew Wood took the helm. Every 6 months there is a new corporate structure, many layoffs and very poor change management practices.
