      Large company with many entities to workshare with. Good mentoring culture.

      Cons

      Being so large that policies and procedures become incoherent. Too large to be agile in capturing backlog.

      Pros

      several office locations close to home; wonderful coworkers; fitness centers in main offices; newly organized employee club offers opportunities for volunteering in the community, networking, and promotes work-life balance. Flex schedules and 4/10 work week. Great pay and benefits!

      Cons

      its who you know, not what you know. Some mgrs treat their employees like crap, unless they are accepted in the "clique". worst HR dept I have ever dealt with. nothing is confidential, and if you escalate situations to them, they do nothing. The company has lost many smart, wonderful employees due to being harassed by senior mgmt. it's sad.
