Pros
In control of your own salary, how much you put in is what you get out. I have been with the company nearly 2 years and have watched people come and go. Those that put in the effort and work hard to improve and rewarded but the people who sit around and don't really try end up getting left behind. Fantastic management team that give you all the help you need and training. I was new to sales but am now pulling in over 1 million a year in sales. They push you and have the difficult conversations to get you where you need to be. Job role is easy sales wise with simple CAD and easy to follow processes.
Cons
Weekend and evening working is tough but manageable.
