Pros

good money, great people made of strong individuals, lots of laugh

Cons

very long hours, no weekends, terrible company culture, poor management, terrible support from head office, work overload, head office will take out parts of your salary if they want to, reverse the commission to your disadvantage, 2 year probation period, they will be trying to sack you before you make it to 2 years in the company

Horrible place to work

Business Outlook

Pros

You will do a-lot of work with many systems and therefore learn a-lot.

Cons

Company will treat you like a number, you will be fed promises when they need you and then laughed off when they don’t. Your best hope that you are a UK national and the higher ups like you otherwise you will be sabotaged regardless of how much you do. Even if you get constant praises for your work, train others and deal with most difficult tasks no one else wants to do the company will find things against you just to not pay you your holidays or previously promised pay-rise, but dont worry they will first mess you around for many months with promises and excuses to juice the most out of you. - The company offers 25 days holiday which is below the legal minimum. - 3 out of 5 team members are off on sickness leave caused by the stress caused by the employer. If above still didn’t convince you to run, just look up the 1700+ court cases against the company of which majority is from mistreated employees.
