Manager s within the Leicester are bullies, sexist, racist and behave inappropriately towards their staff. The managers was given the role through nepotism as his uncle us very high up in the company. He has no idea how to manage. No people skills at all. They lie consistently to their customers. Shocking behaviour. We are made to fill in a survey at the end of our induction to say how good it was. Worst company I've ever worked for. I've watched as the manager brought staff to tears & berated staff in meetings on the shoo floor whilst the store is open, shouting at them for his poor performance. Disgusting behaviour.
